Winter break from Dec. 20th -- We reconvene on January 3 with our Learn to Meditate program and Open Meditation.

Both beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome.

$10 Suggested Donation at the Door.

About the Meditation Group

Sitting Group and Foundation Course

Open sitting from 7-7:45 PM.  Open to all. Join us for two 20-25 minute sessions of sitting with a short stretch between. Then the Foundation course "Walking in the Footsteps of The Buddha" starts on Nov 1st, at 8 PM, Drop-ins welcome. 

Meditation instruction is provided for those that want it in a separate room.

Led by Derek Kolleeny and other meditation instructors.
