Westchester Buddhist Center (WBC) is excited to be joining with the Mt. Kisco Center for Health & Healing (CFHH) to offer open meditation every Wednesday evening! Sessions will also include separate instruction for those new to the practice, and a short presentation on Buddhist meditation and insight, followed by discussion and refreshments. Sessions will be lead by Derek Kolleeny and other meditation instructors.
